Second humanitarian action in Brazil

The disciples of the Karkariya Sufi path continue to multiply their humanitarian and charitable actions around the world. The Karkaris of Brazil successfully carried out their second operation of this kind, after the action in Ubirajara in the State of São Paulo.

The disciples of the Karkariya Zawiya, led by Thomaz Almeida, the representative of the Karkariya, whose seat is in El Aroui, in northern Morocco, undertook two humanitarian initiatives for the benefit of two Brazilian associations in Limeira, a city in the State of São Paulo.

The disciples of Shaykh Sidi Mohamed Faouzi Al Karkari visited the association “Associação Beneficiente de Amparo ao Idoso – Cantinho do Vovô” and distributed medical products to the elderly people it looks after. The second initiative was undertaken at the Children’s Home “Casa das Crianças Santa Terezinha”, where they distributed packets of therapeutic milk.

Both actions were a real success, and the two associations wished to send Shaykh Sidi Mohamed Faouzi Al Karkari their letters of thanks. Through these letters, the two Brazilian associations wished to pay tribute to the Shaykh of the Karkariya Zawya for the education he gives his disciples and the spirit of mutual aid and love of neighbour he instils in them, so that they show it among all people regardless of race or creed.

Let us note in passing that these actions undertaken in Morocco or almost everywhere in the world by the Karkari disciples are among the foundations of the disciples’ spiritual path, with one ultimate aim: divine knowledge through the way of vision in the waking state, and love and elevation of Allah’s creation.
