Togolese Karkari disciples organise a festive meal for 200 orphans

The disciples of the Karkariya Sufi path multiply their humanitarian actions wherever they are, especially during these days of Eid, even though the Covid-19 pandemic weighs on everyone’s daily life.

After the event of Friday 31 July 2020 at the Dave Orphanage, a village near Ho, a city in south-eastern Ghana, it was in Togo that the local Karkari disciples brought joy to 200 orphans of the orphanage of the village of Alpha Kope. The Togolese Karkaris organised a festive meal for all the orphans, which brought back the smile of young and old alike, especially since religious festivals are an occasion when family members visit one another. During such occasions orphans feel great pain, as it reminds them of their reality. That is why the Karkari disciples organised this humanitarian action, to strengthen the human bonds that unite these orphans and bring joy to the hearts of the little ones.

At the end of the event, the guests of Allah expressed their warm thanks to the Karkariya Sufi Order and to Sidi Shaykh Mohamed Faouzi Al Karkari, may Allah sanctify his secret.
