The Shaykh's visit to Paris (12/2019) – Photos & videos

After his visit to Lille, Sidi Shaykh made Paris, the City of Light, the next stage of his tour of France. For his coming, a public event was organised during which people interested in the Karkariya could put their questions to the Shaykh directly.

We also take this article as an opportunity to pay tribute to a disciple, sister Kheira, who returned to her Lord on Saturday 21 December 2019. We offer our condolences and all our support to her loved ones and implore Allah to have mercy on her, to illuminate her grave and to place her in the company of the Prophet, prayer and peace be upon him.

The disciple Abdelkhabir had the honour of receiving the Shaykh at his home. He invoked for him and had his house blessed by a recitation of Surat al-Waqi‘a.

And the following day, it was the disciple Mahdi’s turn to host the Shaykh, accompanied by a few disciples.

In the same hall as the men, but rather in the morning, the women also had their gathering with the Shaykh. Three women unable to travel to Morocco took the bay‘a on the spot.

Finally the event was closed by the ‘isha prayer in a group and a farewell full of emotion and smiles.

No, the event is not over yet. There remains the traditional Sufi dance led by all the disciples to the rhythm of chanted poems.
